OUR APPROACH
A game worth opening.
A useful way to begin.
A game is easier to try when you know who maintains it, where it runs and which claims are actually supported.
Independent, by design.
This website is an independent editorial guide. It is not affiliated with ported2browser.com, the Freeciv or OpenTTD projects, or the other game developers listed here. If you intended to visit the existing Ported2Browser directory, its address is ported2browser.com (opens a new tab).
Source first. Then the description.
We select projects with public maintainer information and an identifiable browser entry. Descriptions are written from those sources, with original practical advice clearly separated from project claims. We do not invent scores, popularity figures, reviews, release dates or hands-on experience.
Read the scope of each check.
A source review, a successful HTTP response and an opening-screen capture establish different things. The game pages name limitations. A full session, save export, mobile input or multiplayer connection is only a tested result when explicitly recorded as such.
A path back to the maker.
Launch links go to project hosts. Source and licence links let you inspect the work behind the game. This guide hosts credited illustrations, editorial pages, a GPL-licensed Hextris player and an MIT-licensed original 2048 player. It does not offer commercial ROM downloads.
