KEEP IN MIND
- Core asks you to place a shield toward danger.
- Coil asks you to close a trail around blue orbs.
- Check keyboard focus before using Core’s Space action.
- A score screen is not a campaign backup.
Core: learn the shield’s direction
Core’s instructions ask you to block red projectiles while allowing green ones through. Move the pointer around the center and observe how the ordinary shield follows its angle. Protecting every direction at once with continuous broad movement can also intercept the green objects you wanted to admit. Watch an approaching object before changing the angle.
Use the temporary shield deliberately
The original instructions label holding Space as a temporary shield. Give the game keyboard focus before testing it, and observe its effect separately from ordinary pointer steering. Treat this as an additional action with the game’s own limits, rather than assuming it can be held indefinitely without consequences. The original rules and interface remain inside the local player.
Coil: close a small loop first
Coil asks you to enclose blue orbs in your trail before they explode. The start instructions also describe a bonus for enclosing several at once. Begin with one orb and a modest closed shape. Once the gesture reliably closes, try a larger group. A broad, unfinished spiral does not provide the same enclosure as a closed loop.
Resolve input before judging a tactic
For Coil, compare the trail you intended with the one actually drawn. For Core, check whether the shield followed the intended angle and whether Space reached the player. A pointer can be moving over the surrounding guide while the embedded game lacks focus. Use the player’s Start control and click within its area before diagnosing the rules.
Play the credited local copies
The Core and Coil players on this site use pinned MIT-licensed source, with creator credits and third-party library notices retained. Upstream analytics and social widgets were removed. The game scripts remain unchanged. These are continuous arcade attempts; no campaign export or cross-device score sync is promised by this guide.
