ArcadeOne flap changes the whole approach
TIMING, TRACKING & QUICK RESTARTS
A flap, a release, a paddle move and a drawn loop can all fill a short break. Pick the action that suits your hands, then use an early attempt to learn its response.

A PLACE TO BEGIN / Tower Building
Watch a swing before releasing a block. Its documented hearts give you a clear way to distinguish a miss from an ordinary placement.
Meet Tower Building ↗Clumsy Bird repeats one action. Breakout tracks a ball with a moving paddle. Coil asks for a closed pointer loop. Radius Raid combines keyboard movement with mouse aiming. Their short rules do not make them interchangeable on a phone or trackpad.
As a starting goal, make a repeatable flap, land a block safely or close one small loop. Chasing a bonus before understanding the base action can make feedback harder to read. A short session can still teach a useful control habit.
Radius Raid documents P or Escape for pause. Other entries have different interruption behavior. A best score is also different from a saved live run. Read the controls and progress panel before assuming you can return to the middle of an attempt.
THE OPTIONS AT A GLANCE
| Game | Why try it | Pace | Progress |
|---|---|---|---|
| Clumsy Bird ↗Web-native | Short arcade attempts built around one repeated action. | Continuous, quick-restart arcade | Do not treat a best-score display as a resumable run. |
| Tower Building ↗Web-native | A short timing game using the page’s release control. | Real-time placement | Treat a tower as a single attempt; no cross-device tower save is documented. |
| JavaScript Breakout ↗Browser recreation | A classic brick-breaking loop with keyboard or documented touch input. | Real-time arcade | No persistent campaign or save export is documented for this demonstration. |
| Digger ↗Browser recreation | A keyboard arcade game with compact, tile-like routes. | Real-time arcade | No campaign save or export is documented in the project README. |
| JavaScript Snake ↗Browser recreation | Short grid-based runs with keyboard or visible on-screen controls. | Real-time grid movement | No resumable-run or cross-device save is promised in this guide. |
| Hextris ↗Web-native | Quick reactions and keeping several stacks under control. | Continuous falling blocks | Local state in this browser; separate from other Hextris hosts. |
| Coil ↗Web-native | A mouse or trackpad reflex game based on drawing closed loops. | Real-time pointer movement | No campaign save or resume interface is documented by this guide. |
| Core ↗Web-native | A pointer-driven defense game with a keyboard shield action. | Real-time survival | No persistent campaign save is documented. Treat the current attempt as temporary. |
| Radius Raid ↗Web-native | An active desktop session with two-handed controls. | Real-time survival | The project stores statistics locally. This does not promise resuming an unfinished arena run. |
